Shipping Information
We offer free standard shipping (in orders up than 100€) in transit time of 3 to 7 business days and paid express shipping in transit time of 1 to 2 business days.
The shipping frame begins after the purchased product leaves our warehouse. Our aim is to process and ship your order within 24 hours of placing the order same day before 2pm, and within 72 hours after 2pm and during high volume periods (promotions, national holidays, campaigns). You will receive an email with the online tracking number after your order has shipped so you can track your order anytime.
Our customer service could help you amend the shipping address of your order before leaving the warehouse. Once the package is prepared for shipment, we will no longer be able to assist in editing your order details (billing info, shipping info, etc.).
We currently do not deliver orders on weekends or holidays.

Return Information:
Our return policy allows for a 30-day return on unopened, undamaged, and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The return process is straightforward:

Email our customer service team at support@edelure.eu with your order number and we will promptly respond to your inquiry.

You are responsible for returning the package to our warehouse using a courier service of your choice and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Drop off the package with your chosen carrier and be sure to request a shipping receipt. This receipt will serve as proof in case the package is lost during its return journey to our warehouse.

Once we receive the package at our warehouse, we will process your refund, including any applicable taxes, to the original form of payment within 14 days.
If you have received a damaged order upon delivery, please email us at support@edelure.eu with your order number and include a photo of the damage so we can report it to our fulfilment provider. We will get back to you with the next steps depending on whether you would like to be refunded or to receive a replacement of your order.
