Shipping Options
We offer standard shipping, which is free for orders over 100€. Typically, the standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days for our supported markets. Exceptions are Ireland, Malta, Finland and Sweden, where our courier partners deliver within 7 to 12 business days.
We also offer paid express shipping with a usual delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address and also a mobile phone number is mandatory. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment using this number.
Delays
Please note that, in rare cases, shipping delays may occur that are beyond our control, such as due to weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by such delays.
International Deliveries
We currently offer international shipping. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional shipping fees and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Exact costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Return policy
Our return policy allows for a 30-day return on unopened, undamaged, and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The return process is straightforward:

You are responsible for returning the package to our warehouse using a courier service of your choice and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Drop off the package with your chosen carrier and be sure to request a shipping receipt. This receipt will serve as proof in case the package is lost during its return journey to our warehouse.

Once we receive the package at our warehouse, we will process your refund, including any applicable taxes, to the original form of payment within 14 days.
